Conferences are like some religions....the spirituality just isn't there.  It doesn't have to be that way.

For me, many conferences aren't really exciting to me...for any healthy eater, eating conference food is a step down and not a step up....IS THAT INSPIRING?  Not! 

...and still that stale conference attitude exists...sticky and stuck...white flour, coffee....iceberg lettuce salad.....prepackaged danishes and muffins...YOU'LL ACTUALLY AGE FASTER IF YOU PARTAKE IN ANY OF IT......the soups for example are all to often, loaded with MSG.  A simple human staple like sea salt is practically non-existant at most gatherings in the western world and it costs $10. 


LET'S TOTALLY REVOLUTIONIZE THE WAY WE EXPERIENCE FOOD AND WATER. TOGETHER.
Imagine people chatting, and smiling because the healthy and often organic foods they are served are fresh and created with loving hands.  We can do so much better than that even.  Imagine changing people's lives with food that taste so good, and that is so healthy, that it influences people to eat better for the rest of their life.  Isn't that what we want food to be? Isn't this the kind of food we'd prefer to be served?  With our focus and dedication we can turn it all around.  This is where I come in...I know healthy food too....I was fortunate to study food chemistry in university, so I know of that world rather well.  Since my study of what they do to food here in Saskatchewan...I've come to appreciate mother nature more and more.  I can help you to bring mother nature to your food-based gathering....let's not consume frankinfoods, or serve it to others.
