6. Indian in the machine - Rain, flute and thunder

One dark and storm night on June 17, 2005 Indian in the machine decides to record a thunderstorm. Knowing the forecast predicted strong winds and heavy rain he opens the windows and front door to set up the microphones the clouds already moving across the sky at a brisk pace. The Indian presses “record” in time to catch the gentle thunder signal the beginning of another sonic adventure. Listening to the rainspout overflow and the windchimes tangle themselves for the night in the powerful wind, the Indian considers his flutes and lights a few candle… “Rain, flute and thunder” combines a prairie summer thunderstorm along with native contemporary abstract flute.
