I had something similar. A colleague has fibromyalgie. I told her I had a good book that also discribed that, from Bruce Fife. She said she was curious. The book has a diet. I read some of it and took the book to my work. I told her the most important was ‘don’t use sugar’and wanted to give her the book.
O no she said, she knows that from tv and doesn’t want to start all that crap. She instantly returned the book.
The advantage is that it makes it all very easy. Not just for that woman but for all situations.
But how sad about insulting you first.
I find sick people are usually the most rude… somewhat understandable… doesn’t mean anyone else has to take it.
