Thank you for this! I have wheat reactions: anemia, skin erruptions, bad feeling stomach, and my throat likes to close up if I put wheat in to my mouth. I think I have been reacting to wheat most of my life. It is not “gluten intollerance” it is wheat intollerance, the whole of wheat. Yes it is bad wheat. Developed 55 years ago or so?
for I have eaten a wheat sourced from europe once and no reactions at all!!???? Poor peoples food. I found out when I was sick in bed and ate mostly toast, and noodles, how bad this allergy/reaction was…
