In our society it isn’t easy to eat well, as the vast majority of restaurants and grocery stores, serve foods and beverages that inflame your body… anything that inflames the body is essentially poison to the body.

Eating well has developed into a fine artform… the art comes from the desire to create a beautiful expression of health… but somehow all the ‘normal stuff’ is anything but fine art, and will cause all sorts of harm to the body.

A normal breakfast of Bacon and Eggs

Coffee (Inflaming due to dehydration)

Eggs (Inflaming to the blood)

Multigrain toast (Non-sprouted or fermented grains are inflamming)

Hashbrowns in Vegetable oil (Inflamming)

Table salt (Inflamming)

Jam with white sugar (Inflamming)

Cream for coffee (Inflamming)

Sugar for coffee (Inflamming)

So we can see that if we start our day with a ‘normal breakfast’ and it’s variations… practically everything we put into our bodies, is ‘not helping the situation’.

Typical Lunch – Soup and Sandwich

Canned soup (Inflamming)

Table salt (Inflamming)

Regular bread (Inflamming)

Processed cheese (Inflamming)

Processed meat (Inflamming)

Non-organic veggies (Inflamming)

Condiments made with ‘normal vinegars and non-organic ingredients (Inflamming)

So you can see here… two meals eaten so far this day, and all of it is inflamming to the body, which now has been assaulted for half a day with poisons.

Supper – Meat, Potatoes and Vegetables

Meat (Inflamming)

Potatoes (Inflamming)

Non-organic veggies (Inflamming)

Ice Cream for desert (Inflamming)

Table salt (Inflamming)

Gravy made with non-organic thickeners and/or wheat (Inflamming)

Black tea (Inflamming)

3 Meals A Day Of “Normal Food” Really Really Hurts The Body

So now we can see that if we eat 3 meals of ‘normal food’… we have done nothing to our bodies, but assault it with toxins… there is another story going on here too:

Non-organic monoculture factory foods, are inflamming because the soil is depleted, growing the same thing year after year,  and the food no longer has ‘normal nutrition’.

Foods made with tap water may be inflamming… it’s very likely, who are we kidding!? Not our bodies that’s for sure.

Microwaved foods may be inflamming.

Foods with no enzymes may be inflamming.

Dead cooked foods may be inflamming.

*******Foods grown with herbicides and pesticides ARE ALSO ANTIBACTERIAL!!!!  What this means is that ‘non-organic’ foods will kill your bodies ENZYMES AND PROBIOTICS, CAUSING MUCH OF THE NUTRITION IN THE FOOD TO SIMPLY PASS THROUGH YOUR SYSTEM!  If you are eating this, you are probably unhealthy and need to spend lots of time on the toilet eh????

What is the solution?  What is left to eat? Will I starve or at the very least, need to eat tasteless foods that do not satisfy?

Foods that are empty in nutrition will always leave you wanting more.  Nutrition-rich foods will satisfy your appetite.  If you have ‘a strong appetite’, it might only be because your foods are empty of nutrition… and so you eat and eat, and eat some more… but if it’s all empty foods, you will find that you even snack all day!

To top all of this off… our planet is traveling through a photon belt of gamma radiation FOR THE NEXT 1000 YEARS!… and yes, there are dietary requirements for this too… which happen to be the same requirements for simply eating healthy…

I have found that as I have learned to eat healthier, that food tastes better, not worse… and that the foods that used to taste good, are losing their appeal.

We are are constantly evolving or de-volving…. if you are choosing evolution, you are choosing creation… if you are choosing creation, you are choosing to artfully create yourself.

Learn to artfully create yourself, by starting each day with a blank canvas… forget what you have learned… the lessons are embedded in your DNA and cannot be forgotten. Learn to remember without using your mind… learn to remember what you have already learned, by living from the soul, not solely from the mind.

You may be required to go on a unique dietary path, if you want to be healthy… or you can fit in with the group, who is cancerous, sick, depressed and doesn’t know why…. choices, choices.

    There’s this proverb that my Gran used to say ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’ :).. We are what we repeatedly eat.. Healthy eating then is not an act.. But a habit :)..

    SO with that being said, what is there left to eat? I’ve tried eating better and healthier, but its hard to when you’re on the go and everywhere you go it is “normal” food being served (including where I work). I want to eat better so bad, but have no idea where to start.
